Some equipment is guaranteed for upto 3 years. 2 year warranty is offered on some DVRs provided they are bought with a Hard Drive fitted by our technical staff, Warranties exclude Video Heads, Monitor Tubes & CCD sensors, batteries & bulbs damaged by normal wear & tear and mishandling or any damage.
If you believe an item is faulty please phone our Technical help line on 0802 3220 143 first as most technical problems can be sorted out over the phone, If we advise you to make a return a Returns Authorisation Number will be issued, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted or acknowledged. You can also download a Returns Form RMA from our page 'contact us' and then phone to obtain a Returns Number. The cost of & safe return of the goods to us is your responsibility, for your security we advise courier or signed delivery to us. |
